Krista has been employed in the hearing health industry since 1998. She takes great pride in her work and the ability to help change and improve people’s lives through hearing amplification. Krista is very compassionate, patient and understanding. Her knowledge, experience and passion for the industry allows her to truly connect with patients. Krista herself has a hearing loss.

As a result, she can recommend products she has personally worn. Having a hearing loss, Krista can relate first hand to all the emotions you may be experiencing. Denial, fear, embarrassment, and feelings of isolation are all real emotions. She also knows hearing properly can bring confidence, happiness and improved relationships to mention a few. Patients that come to Quality Care Hearing enjoy Krista’s infectious smile and trust her recommendations and approach to hearing counselling.

Krista is an active member in the community, participating in hearing awareness talks for groups. She is originally from Colinet, St. Mary’s Bay. Today she calls Paradise, NL home where she resides with her family. She enjoys hiking, outdoor activities, cooking and spending quality time with her daughter.

Anne Marie Murphy

Owner/Office Manager

Anne Marie has been employed in the hearing health industry since 1996. She is a well-loved face in the industry. Patients enjoy being greeted by Anne Marie with a cheerful demeanor. She has an excellent rapport with all our clients and creates an at home relaxing atmosphere at our clinic that is welcoming and inviting.

Our clients know they can trust Anne Marie with any issue they are having and it will be handled efficiently and satisfactory. Her dedication to our clinic goes above and beyond what is expected. She is a very valuable asset to Quality Care Hearing.

Anne Marie is originally from St. John’s. Today she calls Conception Bay South home where she resides with her family. She enjoys nature, hiking, boating, reading and traveling.

Tara Emberley

Client Care Coordinator/Hearing Instrument Practitioner (Student in Training)

Born and raised in St. John’s, Tara joined our team in 2022. She enrolled as a student with the International Hearing Society and is currently finished all her exams and is awaiting her practical board exam in Newfoundland. Tara will receive her HIS license in 2024. Her bright infectious personality and eagerness to learn and help clients adds to our values at Quality Care Hearing.

She enjoys social time, a good game of cards, a backyard fire, and decorating/crafts. She thoroughly enjoys spending time with family, especially her nieces and nephews, her husband and 2 beautiful rescue dogs (Lab mixes)
